It is important to emphasize that the primary goal is not to grant external titles such as Shaman or Guru. True ordainment arises from within, focusing on restoring balance and self-confidence, empowering individuals to lead and serve from a place of authenticity, compassion, and sincerity.
Becoming a Shaman requires years of dedication and deep training. That’s why this school is considered Level 1 of the trainings that I offer—laying a solid foundation and guiding individuals to initiate themselves into the core principles. This prepares them to continue their journey with greater clarity, strength, and empowerment.

I. 8 Week Temple Purification/Meditation
During the 8-week Temple Purification, participants will embark on a transformative journey to cleanse and balance the chakras—energy centers that hold imprints of our experiences, emotions, and perceptions. When these centers are out of harmony, it can feel difficult to remain present and access deeper layers of truth. This process supports the release of stagnant energies, creating space for greater clarity, peace, and connection to one's authentic self.
A key component of this program is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapeutic technique that engages the mind and prefrontal cortex while activating the first eye (often referred to as the third eye). By stimulating the brain's neurological functions, EMDR helps transform intellectual knowledge into embodied wisdom, allowing participants to reprocess past experiences and integrate new, empowering perspectives.

Students will delve into the foundational principles of Tantra, including the sacred geometry of the Yantras and Mantras. Tantra, derived from the Sanskrit root tan, meaning "to weave" or "to compose," refers to ancient instructional texts often presented as dialogues between a god and a goddess. These teachings offer a profound understanding of the science of sexuality, guiding individuals to embody the divine essence of the Goddess or God within themselves.
Through the study of advanced Tantric methodologies, you will learn how to cultivate harmony between the masculine and feminine energies within, fostering a deep, internal union that brings balance, empowerment, and spiritual awakening.

III. Shamanism
Shamanism is not a religious belief system but rather an ancient methodology practiced by healers across diverse regions of the world, including Central and North Asia, Australia, New Zealand, North and South America, Siberia, Eastern and Northern Europe, Africa, and beyond. It is recognized as one of the oldest and most universally practiced systems of healing known to humanity.

Energy Medicine is a holistic approach that utilizes the natural energetic exchange between the practitioner and the individual to restore balance and harmony within the body's energy system. It is based on the understanding that human beings are energetic beings, constantly interacting with the energy fields of others and the surrounding environment.
Unlike conventional approaches that focus solely on symptom management, energy medicine seeks to facilitate deep healing by considering the individual's life circumstances and their dynamic interconnectedness with themselves, others, and the world around them. The goal is not just the alleviation of ailments but the cultivation of overall well-being, alignment, and vitality.

With years of experience in the healing arts—particularly in trauma, inner child healing, grief and loss, and addiction—and holding two Master’s Degrees in Psychology and Professional Counseling, I deeply innerstand the vital role of integration in the healing process. VI.2 Week Medicine Immersion/Graduation
After a year of dedicated study, deep healing, and purification, you will have the opportunity to spend two weeks in the Dominican Republic to further your knowledge of sacred plant medicines and Kambo. During your time at Oasis en la Montaña, also known as the Oasis in the Mountains Retreat Center, you’ll establish a deeper connection with the land, ancestors, and elements.
Throughout this immersive experience, you will receive hands-on training in the following medicines:

Kambo (Amazonian Frog Medicine) – for detoxification, immune-boosting, and energetic clearing

Golden Vine / Micro Ayahuasca Tea – for gentle, consistent spiritual connection and integration

VII. 6 Month Clinical Praciticum
The final six months of the program are dedicated to Clinical Practicum, where you will begin serving Shamanic Medicine under supervision. During this phase, we will meet bi-weekly for group sessions, and you’ll also have access to personalized one-on-one guidance to support your growth and confidence as a practitioner.
This practicum offers hands-on experience in facilitating medicine work while receiving direct feedback, ensuring you build both skill and integrity in your practice.

Q: How do I access the course information?
A: You can access the course content on any device. If you have any questions, contact support. The classes are held on Mighty Network.
Q: When does the Course start and end?
A: The course starts Sept. 22nd, 2o25.
5:30 pm AST~7:30 pm AST via Zoom and will be held weekly unless the schedule is modified.
Graduation will be after the 2 Week Immersion
in September 2026. The practicum is held bi-weekly at the same time.
Q: Are individual sessions included?
A: Yes, sessions will be done once a month, and it's the individual's responsibility to schedule them.
Q: What happens if I decide in the middle of the Program to leave?
A: 1. If you decide to leave in the middle of the program, we will do an exit interview with the alumni and me (optional) to review any concerns you may have.
2. You must pay the balance for the months you were in the Program if you are behind to satisfy the energetic exchange.
3. If you paid in full there will not be any refunds, as paying in full means you have firmly committed to complete the program.
4. You will be removed from the Program/Course but still be a part of the free E.C.S. online community (optional). This means you will also not have access to any of the recordings.
5. You cannot use any material from the program for your marketing/ promotion purposes.

Taheera “Ma’at” Saahir is an experienced and knowledgeable individual in the fields of spirituality, personal development, and healing. Having expertise in shamanic plant medicines also obtaining certifications as a Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Past Life Regression Therapist, Akashic Record Channler, and Reiki Teacher, she has dedicated over 20 years to exploring and understanding the realms of consciousness.
In addition to her vast expertise, Taheera holds two Masters Degrees, one in Professional Counseling with a focus on trauma, and the other in Human Services and addiction and is EMDR Therapist. These academic achievements have further enhanced her ability to assist others on their healing journeys.
